*The principal comes up to the stage.*
Principal: Now wasn’t that lovely? The entire school coming together in perfect harmony~ ♥
*Mike smiles kindly at Lucy, who refuses to look at him.*
Mike: Aw, Lucy, don’t be shy!
Lucy: Die.
Principal: Now let’s all give a round of applause to our amazing cheerleaders!
Daisy: Ah, that’s our cue!
*Katie, Daisy and the rest of the cheerleaders head to the stage.*
*The crowd cheers.*
Crowd: WHOOOOOOOO HOORAYYY!! YEAH!! GO TEAM!!
*Daisy smiles and poses with her arms above her head. In the background, the students smile and cheer.*
David: Oh wow, they’re bouncing up and down and we didn’t even have to sneak into practice! Look, Paulo!
*Paulo looks annoyed at David, who’s too busy watching the cheerleaders to care.*
Paulo: Mmm..
*David stares at Paulo.*
David: .. What’s wrong, Paulo? They’re GIRLS! In SKIRTS!
Paulo: It feels.. kinda wrong.
David: Why?
*Paulo looks down and sighs.*
Paulo: After what happened today, it just seems a little disrespectful..
*Amaya pulls out a piece of paper and writes on it.*
Paulo: I mean.. Lucy kicked me in the nuts for a reason.. Maybe it’s best not to be so--
*Amaya smiles and holds up her paper. It reads “Character development”, with an arrow pointing at Paulo.*
*David interrupts Paulo’s heartfelt speech. He shoves Amaya with one hand and smacks Paulo in the head with the other.*
David: WHOA LOOK it’s the finale!!
*Daisy, Katie and another cheerleader are the flyers at the top of a pyramid formation. They’re surrounded by sparkles.*
Cheerleaders: WHOO!!
*Daisy flashes a huge smile, panting as she holds her pose.*
Crowd: YAAAY
Daisy: Come on, everybody!
*David, Amaya, Paulo, Lucy, Mike, Yashy and Abbey watch from the stands. Abbey and David are cheering. Paulo and Mike are looking at a still-embarrassed Lucy.*
*Mike places a comforting hand on Lucy’s arm. She blushes as he approaches.*
*Daisy watches them with a mixture of jealousy and sadness.*
Daisy: … Mikie…
*Daisy’s foot slips out of Jessica’s hold.*
*Daisy falls backward.*
*Paulo, Lucy, Yashy and Mike watch in disbelief.*
