In my opinion, Owl city isn't as great as the Postal Service, Dntel, Death Cab for cutie, or even the XX if you're feeling adventurous. If you're looking for smooth, calm vocals, techno backgrounds and undertones, and great uses of conventional instruments there are better choices out there.

Owl City is good. I like em, though I do like others more but I like this one particularly a lot. What's Anon 1's problem?

I'll concede that Owl City will have one thing Postal Service... and that's how they still produce music; however, Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello are geniuses when they work together. Too bad they still prefer their own projects. ;/
