The hand positions are kind of awkward, her right arm is pretty bulky and the hand is at an awkward angle. It should probably be more downward than outward if you know what I mean. Not so sure about some of the shading, the light source looks like it's coming from somewhere above the back of her head. If that's the case I think most of her pelvis would be a bit more brighter and her chest probably shouldn't be as bright around her breasts.
