This WOULD be awesome, except for the dead Lucy. Come on. I wouldn't like a picture of Lucy and Mike dancing but with a dead Sandy at their feet either.

However, I WOULD really like a picture with Lucy and Sandy dancing but Mike dead at their feet.

I don't hate Lucy, as I am not immersed into the story to that extent. I find it fascinating, however, how much "hate" is directed to Sandy. A character whose personality and background is only superficially addressed.

So! This image is simply a reverse statement that counters such mentality and directs "hate" to a character because she is widely known.

Notice how the death is not very graphic and is simply hinted at with cross-shaped eyes and a tongue sticking out. I believe I have the skill to make this image far more controversial with added details (hints of red, a knife on Lucy's back or bullet marks) but didn't. The emphasis of this piece is NOT Lucy's death at all.

If you, or anyone else wants to read anything out of this piece, I invite you to look past the imagery: not as Mike and Sandy dancing on top of a dead Lucy, but as two lovers celebrating the obliteration of adversity.

mike looks cool with the jacket. looks v ery different. Quite nice. Not your best work, though, I i'm not even saying that because of dead Lucy. I guess it's just a sketch though.
