Mike is a just so wrapped up with Sandy that he forgets about all his other friends. Right from the get-go he forgot about Lucy when he was little when he met Sandy. He doesn't realize anything was wrong with Daisy when she left the group. He got angry with Abbey when he tried to point out that Daisy needed him to address her (although admittedly Abbey was pretty mad then too). He didn't want to spend time with Tess and his friends for summer vacation because, oh, what would Sandy think? He left Carson to die (not that I blame him too much for that within the cartoon). Frankly, the way he uses his phone I'd be surprised if he even hangs out with Paulo and David anymore. Yeah, I'd say he's a jerk to his friends.
That being said, the art on this is adorable. I love the way you do the tips of Paulo and Sue and Molly's hair.
