I noticed you just copied the head of your strange vampire kitty and reused it for her and lucy several times. If you want to improve like you said, you should stop doing that. Practice is what makes you better, not copypasta

Drawing with a mouse is pretty horrible. If you can't afford a tablet, draw it on a paper and scan it (school libraries usually have a scanner available for use). You can collate the pictures onto the meme or something else digitally afterwards.
On another note, this community is somewhat hostile towards fancharacters. Hence number 7 in this meme being that taeshi shoots them dead. Avoiding the shot is also somewhat of a faux pas. Drawing your fancharacter several times in the meme would also make most people here disregard you as an attention whore.
I suggest you try practising drawing the characters more before you try the meme again. And while pasting bits of the comic to answer Q9 is not wrong, it kinda gives the impression of laziness, so maybe try to draw your own interpretation of that scene?
