This is really nice, I love the way you did the borders and the little splotches of purple. Not sure what the reference is, but it's cool people are getting it.
Try to be a bit mindful of facial proportions, in the angle she's facing her right eye should actually be lower than the other one, so it looks like a misplayed eye in this. Notice how when you drew the ears, you did one ear lower than the other because of the angle.. yet the eye is raised up. Just something to keep in mind!
