Principal: Excuse me, who was that? That kind of language is completely inappropriate!

*Tess tilts the microphone toward herself.*

*Another anonymous voice yells.*

*Tess holds her ground. Boos ring out around her.*

*Tess winces as a flung can bounces off her head, spilling soda as it flies back.*

Crowd: Booo!
*Rachel, Jessica and Daisy watch what’s happening. Rachel and Jessica cross their arms, unaffected. Daisy looks upset.*

Jessica: Hmph..
*Paulo stands up, holding his hand to his mouth to project his voice.*
Paulo: Hey, don’t listen to them!! You deserve APPLAUSE!
*Lucy gives Paulo an annoyed look. Mike winces, covering his ears.*
Crowd: What do YOU know?!
*Tess, still on stage, looks down.*
Paulo: She’s TRYING to say something!
Crowd: There’s nothing she CAN say!
*The principal is confused.*
Principal: What on earth is this about?
Crowd: Boo! BOOO!! Hisssssss

Jessica: You don’t know ANYTHING about it! Just because you never saw her at her worst doesn’t mean she isn’t SCUM!
Jessica: She’s getting all she deserves! Maybe ask yourself why we all hate her!
*Daisy closes her eyes, looking irritated.*

Paulo: Whatever happened to second chances, huh? She’s CHANGED, she wants to say sorry, so why don’t you show her some RESPECT?!
*Daisy clenches a fist and grits her teeth, furious.*
*Daisy snaps.*
Daisy: !
Daisy: Shut UP, Paulo!!
*Lucy’s eyes open wide as Daisy yells.*
Lucy: ?!
*Paulo stares.*
Paulo: Huh?!
*Jessica looks back at Daisy in surprise.*
Daisy: What about those of us who never NEEDED a second chance?
Daisy: Or is it better to make a gigantic mess so you can beg forgiveness and be rewarded for it later?
Daisy: Screw THAT! It’s not fair!
*Paulo looks stricken. Behind him, the crowd yells.*
Paulo: D-Daisy..
Crowd: YEAH!! YEAH!!
*The principal waves her arm frantically. Behind her, Tess shrinks back, frightened.*
Principal: Everybody! PLEASE!!
Crowd: BOOOOO HISSSSSS GET OFF THE STAGE!!
Principal: PLEASE!!

Principal: QUIET DOWN EVERYBODY, PLEASE!!
Teachers: SILENCE!!
